摘 要:为了研究有机氟化物(OF)对铝/镁-端羟基聚丁二烯(Al/Mg-HTPB)富燃料推进剂的燃烧性能和凝聚相燃烧产物的影响,制备了三种含OF的Al/Mg-HTPB富燃料推进剂,通过氧弹量热仪分别测定了推进剂在氮气和氧气氛围下的燃烧热,采用CCD线扫描照相法测定推进剂在压力范围为3~9 MPa下的燃速,并拟合得到燃速压强指数;收集了推进剂在3 MPa下的凝聚相燃烧产物,对其形貌、粒度分布、活性铝含量和成分组成进行了分析。燃烧测试结果表明,OF的添加,使HTPB富燃料推进剂在氮气气氛下的燃烧热下降,氧气气氛下的燃烧热升高;OF的添加,使得推进剂的燃速升高和凝聚相燃烧产物的粒径降低,但由于负氧程度的增大和燃烧过程中残碳的生成,其燃速和凝聚相燃烧产物的粒径并不随OF含量的上升而单调变化。对凝聚相燃烧产物的分析结果表明,OF的添加,使富燃料推进剂的凝聚相燃烧产物的残铝量和D_(90)尺寸以下的粒子团聚程度呈现下降趋势;金属燃烧的氧化物主要以MgAl_(2)O_(4)的形式存在,OF的添加促使残碳和AlF_(3)的出现。这些结果对OF在Al/Mg-HTPB富燃料固体推进剂中的应用有重要意义。To study the effect of organic fluoride(OF)on the combustion performance and condensed phase combustion prod-ucts of Al/Mg HTPB fuel-rich propellants,three kinds of Al/Mg-HTPB fuel-rich propellants containing OF were prepared.The combustion heat of the propellants in nitrogen and oxygen atmosphere were measured by oxygen bomb calorimeter.The burning rate of the propellant in the pressure range of 3~9 MPa was measured by means of CCD linear scanning photography,moreover the burning rate pressure exponent was fitted.The condensed phase combustion products of the propellant at 3 MPa were collected,and their morphology,particle size distribution,activated aluminum content and composition were analyzed.The combustion test results show that the addition of OF decreases the combustion heat of HTPB fuel-rich propellant in nitrogen atmosphere and increases that in oxygen atmosphere;the addition of OF increases the burning rate of propellant and reduces the particle size of condensed phase combustion products.However,due to the increase of negative oxygen and the formation of residual carbon,the burning rate and particle size of condensed phase combustion products can't change monotonically with the increase of OF content.The analysis re-sults of condensed phase combustion products show that the addition of OF decreases the residual aluminum content and the agglom-eration extent of condensed phase combustion products with particle size less than D_(90);the metal combustion oxides mainly exist in the form of MgAl_(2)O_(4).The addition of OF promotes formation of residual carbon and AlF_(3).These results are of great significance for the application of OF in fuel-rich solid propellant.
