摘 要:采用内外同轴结构的微推进器作为电控固体推进剂工作载体,研究了电极材质、直径、工作电压、配方组分和电点火方式等对电控固体推进剂电点火燃烧效率的影响。结果表明,200 V时,采用钨丝电极有利于提高推进剂燃烧效率,不同钢材质电极对推进剂燃烧效率影响不明显;250 V时,适当增加内电极直径,有利于增大燃烧面积,燃烧效率可提高到40%以上,但高电压容易导致推进剂断电后产生阴燃现象;微推进器尺寸和电点火方式对燃烧效率的影响要大于配方调整的影响,适当减小微推进器外径尺寸,有利于提高推进剂燃烧效率,最高可达80%以上;在总工作时间不变情况下,采用相同尺寸微推进器时,随着每个脉冲工作时间增加,推进剂燃烧效率增加。The micro-thruster with internal and external coaxial structure was used as the working carrier of the electrically con-trolled solid propellant(ESP).The influences of electrode material,diameter,working voltage,formula and electric ignition mode on the electric ignition combustion efficiency of ESP were studied.The results show that using tungsten electrodes is beneficial to im-prove combustion efficiency of the propellant,and the effect of different steel electrodes on combustion efficiency of the propellant is not obvious at 200 V.At 250 V,appropriately increasing the diameter of internal electrode is beneficial to increase combustion area,and the combustion efficiency can be increased to more than 40%,but the high voltage is easy to cause smoldering after power fail-ure.The influence of micro-thruster size and electric ignition mode on combustion efficiency is greater than that of formula adjust-ment.Properly reducing the outer diameter of micro-thruster is beneficial to improve combustion efficiency of the propellant,up to 80%.When the total working time is constant,the propellant combustion efficiency increases with the increase of each pulse working time for the same size micro-thruster.
