摘 要:为研究空气预热器蓄热板表面硫酸氢铵(ABS)黏结性积灰的沉积特性(简称积灰特性),自主设计并搭建了小型模拟空气预热器实验台,研究了温度、流速、ABS-飞灰质量比、飞灰颗粒粒径等对蓄热板表面积灰特性的影响。结果表明:烟气温度是造成空气预热器蓄热板ABS积灰堵塞的重要因素,当温度为493 K时,A板和B板的ABS黏附率分别为31.7%和27.9%;随着烟气流速的减小,A板和B板的ABS黏附率增长率均增大,在相同流速下,A板表面ABS黏附率略大于B板;随着ABS-飞灰质量比的减小,蓄热板表面的ABS积灰量明显减少;大粒径飞灰颗粒的ABS黏附率较小。In order to study the ash deposition characteristics of ammonium bisulfate(ABS)on the surface of air preheater regenerative plate,an air preheater simulation test bench was independently designed and built.The effects of temperature,gas flow rate,mass ratio of ABS to fly ash and ash particle size on ash deposition characteristics were studied.Results show that temperature is an important factor in the ABS blockage of air preheater regenerative plate.The ABS adhesion ratios of plate A and B were 31.7%and 27.9%respectively when the temperature was 493 K.The growth rates of ABS adhesion ratios of these two kinds of plates both increased when the gas flow rate declined.The ABS adhesion ratio on the surface of plate A was slightly higher than that of plate B with the same gas flow rate.The ABS dust accumulation on the surfaces of regenerative plates significantly reduced when the mass ratio of ABS to fly ash declined.The ABS adhesion ratio of fly ash particles with larger particle size is smaller.
