摘  要:针对某电厂锅炉低温再热器焊缝开裂的问题,分析其原因。结果表明:低温再热器与拉板间异种钢焊缝的焊接质量不佳,同时拉板焊接不符合设计要求,导致低温再热器管处产生较大应力;在锅炉运行过程中,微观裂纹逐渐扩展为宏观裂纹,最终导致泄漏。Analyses were conducted on the reason of the weld cracking of the low temperature reheater tube in a power plant boiler.Results show that the welding quality of the dissimilar steel weld between the low temperature reheater and the pull plate is not good,and the welding of the pull plates can not meet the design requirements,which result in the high stress in the low temperature reheater.The micro-cracks gradually expand into the macro-cracks during the boiler operation and finally lead to the leakage.
