摘  要:针对采用绿色无磷方案的某电厂循环冷却水系统,对无磷阻垢分散剂和无磷缓蚀剂的性能进行介绍,采用模拟计算筛选适应10倍浓缩水水质的绿色无磷方案,并且对缓蚀性能和阻垢性能进行验证。结果表明:缓蚀性能和阻垢性能满足要求,采用所筛选的绿色无磷方案可实现该电厂循环冷却水系统在8~10倍浓缩倍数下的高效稳定运行。For the recirculation cooling water system with the green phosphate-free solution in a power plant,an introduction was made on the performance of the phosphate-free scale inhibitor and the phosphate-free corrosion inhibitor,and corresponding green phosphate-free solutions were selected for the recirculation cooling water with the 10 times concentration by simulation and calculation.After which,the performance of corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition was verified.Results show that,the performance of corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition can satisfy the requirements,and the recirculation cooling water system with the selected green phosphate-free solution in the power plant can operate efficiently and stably under the condition of the 8-10 times concentration of the recirculation cooling water.
