摘  要:某电厂1000 MW锅炉火检冷却风量小,火检探头在高温运行下容易出现结焦或烧损的问题,通过从冷一次风源母管引入冷却风来替代原火检冷却风源,使原火检冷却风机停机备用。改造后的系统可以保证锅炉的正常运行,同时可以节约费用。For a 1 000 MW boiler in a power plant, the coking and burning damage of the flame detector probe occurs easily during high temperature operation, which is caused by the small flow rate of the cooling air for flame detection. To solve this problem, the cooling air form the existing air source system for flame detection was replaced by from the main piping of the cooling primary air source, while the existing fans of the cooling air for the flame detection shut down for standby. The retrofitted system can ensure the normal operation of the boiler and save the cost.
