低温省煤器烟道振动原因分析及消振措施

摘  要:由于实际烟气流量远超设计值,使卡门漩涡频率落入声学共振频率区间,造成低温省煤器烟道发生大幅振动。结果表明:声学共振频率区间下限随着防振板数量的增加而升高,从而可以避开相近的卡门漩涡频率。流场的不均匀性导致局部流体弹性激振和卡门漩涡频率宽频共振,加装导流格栅后流场均匀性系数从0.55以上降至0.28以下,流场均匀性得到改善。采取减小肋间距、增加防振板、调整设备支点,以及加装导流格栅的消振改造措施后,低温省煤器烟道的异常振动得以彻底消除。Because the actual flue gas flow rate far exceeds the design value,the Karman vortex frequency falls into the acoustic resonance frequency range,resulting in large vibration of low temperature economizer flue.Results show that the lower limit of acoustic resonant frequency range increased with the increase of the number of anti-vibration baffles,so as to avoid the close Karman vortex frequency.The inhomogeneity of the flow field resulted in local fluid elastic excitation and wide frequency resonance of Karman vortex.The flow field uniformity coefficient decreased from above 0.55 to 0.28 after the diversion grid was installed,and the flow field uniformity was improved.By reducing the spacing of ribs,increasing the anti-vibration baffles,adjusting the fulcrum of equipment and installing the guide grid,the abnormal vibration of low temperature economizer flue could be completely eliminated.
