摘　　要：资产评估方法是资产评估体系中非常重要的部分,只有选择合适的评估方法,才能够确保获得客观的评估结果。主要的评估方法有成本法,市场法以及收益法,三种评估方法之间有一定的区别,但企业存在一定的联系。三种研究方法各其优势,在移动云计算的背景下,可以对资产评估方法进行相应选择。Asset evaluation methods are a very important part in asset evaluation system.Only by selecting appropriate evaluation methods can we ensure the objective evaluation results.The main evaluation methods involve cost methods,market methods and income methods.There are certain connections among enterprises,be there certain diff erences among the three evaluation methods.Since the three asset evaluation methods have their own advantages,corresponding choices can be made in the context of mobile cloud computing.
