摘  要:纵肋叠合混凝土剪力墙作为装配式新型混凝土预制构件,其连接体系较灌浆套筒精度更难控制。BIM及三维激光扫描技术综合应用,以三维激光扫描“实景复制”的快速、高精度技术特点,解决BIM技术忽视现场多变的问题。二者集成用于墙板生产、安装整套流程的高精度检测。通过分析技术发展问题以及政策背景,研究将BIM与三维激光扫描技术应用于纵肋叠合混凝土剪力墙板的影响因素及实施流程,提出棱镜靶标法高精度扫描,并结合装配式建筑复杂环境确定测站方案。以案例研究为论证,基于公差理论对误差数据分布规律进行归纳总结。研究结果可以为纵肋叠合混凝土剪力墙板以及其他装配式预制构件的高精度生产、安装提供借鉴,推动新一代智能化检测监测工具在装配式建筑建造过程中的应用。Sandwich insulation longitudinal rib hollow wall as a new prefabricated concrete component, its connection system is more difficult to control the accuracy than the grouting sleeve precision. BIM and 3 D laser scanning technology are comprehensively applied. With the rapid and high-precision technical characteristics of “real scene replication” of 3 D laser scanning, BIM technology can solve the factors that ignore the site variability. The integration of the two is used for high-precision detection of the whole production process and installation of sandwich insulation longitudinal rib hollow wallboard. By analyzing the technical development problems and policy background, the influencing factors and implementation process of applying BIM and 3 D laser scanning technology to sandwich insulation longitudinal rib hollow wallboard are studied, puts forward the prism target method for high-precision scanning, and determines the station scheme in combination with the complex environment of fabricated buildings. Based on the case study, the distribution law of error data is summarized based on the tolerance theory. The results can provide reference for the high-precision production and installation of sandwich insulation longitudinal rib hollow wallboard and other prefabricated components, and promote the application of a new generation of intelligent detection and monitoring tools in the prefabricated buildings construction process.
