摘  要:接近使用年限的砖混房屋,由于使用功能改造为底部框架结构,需要设置托换构件将上部传来的荷载传递给底部框架,而双梁托换技术普遍被使用,但双梁托换荷载传递路径变得复杂,对于可能出现的新问题需要进一步研究。结合双梁托换技术在实际工程中的应用,利用有限元与现场试验对比分析,结果表明:(1)加固设计计算时,保留墙体和混凝土托换梁间的粘结模拟可以基于试验数据采用ANSYS实体单元模拟获得;(2)托换梁使得楼板支撑部位发生改变,导致楼板出现剪切面和负弯矩截面,易产生安全隐患,建议对楼板端部截面进行抗弯和抗剪承载力加强处理,以期为同类工程的加固改造设计提供参考依据。As service life of the brick concrete buildings approaching to projected life, the masonry structure is transformed into a bottom frame structure due to the functional tranformation, underpinning members need to be set up to transfer the load from the upper structure to the bottom frame, and double beam underpinning technology is widely used, but the load transfer path of double-beam underpinning becomes complicated, and further research is needed for solving the new problems that may arise. Based on practical engineering, the comparison analysis of finite element and field test are carried out. The results show that:(1) The bonding simulation between the reserved wall and concrete underpinning beam can be simulated by ANSYS solid element based on the test data;(2) The underpinning beam changes the supporting part of the floor, resulting in shear plane and negative bending moment section at the end of floor slab, which is easy to cause safety hazards. Therefore, it is recommended to strengthen the bending and shear capacity of the section at the end of the floor slab, in order to provide reference for the reinforcement and tranformation design of similar projects.
