摘 要:目的 分析常规磁共振检查在肩袖损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法 100例经临床确诊为肩袖损伤的患者,均行CT、常规磁共振诊断。对比两种诊断方法的诊断结果 ,诊断费用与诊断时间,科学性与安全性评分。结果 CT诊断全程撕裂19例、韧带损伤12例、骨质损伤34例、部分撕裂21例,总检出86例(86.00%)。常规磁共振诊断全程撕裂21例、韧带损伤15例、骨质损伤35例、部分撕裂24例,总检出95例(95.00%)。常规磁共振诊断总检出率高于CT诊断,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规磁共振诊断的诊断费用(712.43±33.52)元高于CT诊断的(335.12±19.52)元,诊断时间(38.41±5.23)min长于CT诊断的(15.41±3.52)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT诊断的科学性评分为(93.64±1.36)分、安全性评分为(95.12±1.03)分,常规磁共振诊断的科学性评分为(93.23±1.84)分、安全性评分为(95.24±1.36)分。两种诊断方法的科学性与安全性评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 常规磁共振诊断肩袖损伤确诊率高,但常规磁共振诊断时间长于CT诊断,诊断费用高于CT诊断,在实际诊断中应根据患者的治疗需求选择最佳的诊断方式以提高临床确诊率,为患者提供更具针对性的医疗服务。Objective To analyze the application value of conventional magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of rotator cuff injury.Methods 100 patients with clinically diagnosed rotator cuff injury were diagnosed by CT and conventional magnetic resonance.The diagnostic results,diagnostic cost and diagnostic time,scientificity and safety scores of the two diagnostic methods were compared.Results CT diagnosed 19 cases of total tear,12 cases of ligament injury,34 cases of bone injury,21 cases of partial tear,and a total of 86 cases(86.00%)were detected.Conventional magnetic resonance imaging diagnosed 21 cases of full tear,15 cases of ligament injury,35 cases of bone injury,24 cases of partial tear,and a total of 95 cases(95.00%)were detected.The total detection rate of conventional magnetic resonance imaging was higher than that of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic cost(712.43±33.52)yuan of conventional magnetic resonance imaging was higher than(335.12±19.52)yuan of CT,and the diagnosis time(38.41±5.23)min was longer than(15.41±3.52)min of CT,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The scientific score of CT diagnosis was(93.64±1.36)points,the safety score was(95.12±1.03)points;the scientific score of conventional magnetic resonance was(93.23±1.84)points,and the safety score was(95.24±1.36)points.There was no statistically significant difference in the scientific and safety scores of the two diagnostic methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Conventional magnetic resonance imaging has a high diagnosis rate for rotator cuff injury,but the diagnosis time of conventional magnetic resonance imaging is longer than that of CT,and the diagnostic cost is higher than that of CT.In the actual diagnosis,the best diagnostic method should be selected according to the patient's treatment needs in order to improve the clinical diagnosis rate and provide more targeted medical services to patients.
