膝关节米粒体滑囊炎的影像诊断价值探讨

摘　　要：目的分析膝关节米粒体滑囊炎的影像学表现,进一步加强对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析3例膝关节米粒体滑囊炎患者的X线、CT、磁共振成像(MRI)影像学表现。结果米粒体在X线平片及CT上不显示;与骨骼肌比较,米粒体在T1WI上呈等信号,T2WI及T2WI压脂像呈稍高信号;关节滑膜明显增厚,关节囊内较多积液,米粒体包绕肌腱和韧带。结论与X线、CT相比,MRI对膝关节米粒体滑囊炎的显示具有特征性,根据MRI图像可以准确诊断膝关节米粒体滑囊炎,是诊断膝关节米粒体滑囊炎理想的影像学检查方法。Objective To analyze the imaging manifestation of rice-body bursitis of the knee joint,so as to improve the recognition of the disease.Methods The X-ray,CT and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)findings of 3 patients with rice-body bursitis of the knee joint were retrospectively analyzed.Results The ricebody did not show on X-ray plain film and CT;compared with skeletal muscle,the rice-body showed isosignal on T1WI and slightly high signal on T2WI and T2WI fat suppression image;the synovial membrane was significantly thickened and more fluid was accumulated in the joint capsule,and the rice-body wrapped around tendons and ligaments.Conclusion Compared with X-ray and CT,MRI has characteristics in the display of knee rice-body bursitis,and MRI images can accurately diagnose rice-body bursitis of the knee joint,and MRI is an ideal imaging method for diagnosing rice-body bursitis of the knee joint.
