依巴斯汀、复方甘草酸苷联合吡嘧司特钾治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨对慢性荨麻疹患者采用依巴斯汀、复方甘草酸苷联合吡嘧司特钾治疗的临床效果。方法 60例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为参照组和试验组,每组30例。参照组患者采用依巴斯汀、复方甘草酸苷治疗,试验组患者采用依巴斯汀、复方甘草酸苷联合吡嘧司特钾治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平、风团4级评分法(LFS)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分以及生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOL-74)评分。结果 治疗后,试验组患者IL-4(10.25±2.59)pg/ml、IgE(32.12±6.35)IU/ml低于参照组的(16.79±5.22)pg/ml、(43.56±7.22)IU/ml, IFN-γ(15.59±3.45)pg/ml高于参照组的(12.12±2.25)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者LFS评分(1.22±0.25)分、VAS评分(1.12±0.19)分低于参照组的(1.62±0.36)、(1.57±0.23)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者物质生活、心理状态、社会适应、躯体功能评分分别为(92.25±5.35)、(92.26±6.35)、(92.88±2.59)、(93.49±3.15)分,均高于参照组的(80.29±4.25)、(80.31±5.26)、(80.37±6.25)、(80.44±5.29)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 依巴斯汀、复方甘草酸苷联合吡嘧司特钾治疗慢性荨麻疹患者效果显著,可明显改善IL-4、IFN-γ、IgE水平及临床症状、疼痛程度,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of ebastine,compound glycyrrhizin combined with pemirolast potassium in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were treated with ebastine and compound glycyrrhizin,and patients in the experimental group were treated with ebastine,compound glycyrrhizin combined with pemirolast potassium.Both groups were compared in terms of levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),immunoglobulin E(IgE),wheal four-level scale(LFS)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOL-74)score.Results After treatment,the IL-4(10.25±2.59)pg/ml,IgE(32.12±6.35)IU/ml in the experimental group were lower than(16.79±5.22)pg/ml,(43.56±7.22)IU/ml in the reference group,and the IFN-γ(15.59±3.45)pg/ml was higher than(12.12±2.25)pg/ml in the reference group.The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the LFS score(1.22±0.25)points and VAS score(1.12±0.19)points of the experimental group were lower than(1.62±0.36)and(1.57±0.23)points of the reference group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of material life,psychological state,social adaptation,and physical function in the experimental group were(92.25±5.35),(92.26±6.35),(92.88±2.59),and(93.49±3.15)points,which were higher than(80.29±4.25),(80.31±5.26),(80.37±6.25),and(80.44±5.29)points in the reference group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ebastine,compound glycyrrhizin combined with pemirolast potassium are effective in the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria,which can significantly improve IL-4,IFN-γ,IgE levels and clinical symptoms,pain level,and improve patients'quality of life,and are worthy of clinical promotion and application.
