摘 要:目的探讨mDixon-Quant测量腰椎骨髓脂肪分数与定量CT(QCT)测量的骨密度(BMD)相关性以及预测腰椎BMD的可行性。方法收集本院行腰椎磁共振常规序列及mDixon-Quant、QCT扫描患者153例,测得L1-5椎体的平均脂肪分数(FF_(mDIXON))及BMD_(QCT)值,分析FF_(mDIXON)与BMD_(QCT)的相关性,并采用回归法分析法建立线性回归方程计算BM_(Dm)D_(IXON)的预测值,将MB_(Dm)D_(IXON)的预测值与BMDQCT将进行配对t检验,并对线性回归方程进行定量评价。结果153例患者mDixon-Quant测量L1-5椎体平均FF_(mDIXON)值为(54.15±11.47)%,QCT测量L1-5椎体平均BMD_(QCT)值为(135.43±36.33)mg/cm^(3),腰椎FF_(mDIXON)与BMD_(QCT)呈显著负相关(r=-0.803,P=0.000),回归方程为Y(BM_(Dm)D_(IXON))=-3.13×(FF_(mDIXON))+305.28(R^(2)=0.645,P﹤0.001),通过回归方程所得的BM_(Dm)D_(IXON)与BMD_(QCT)差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论腰椎FFmDixon与BMD_(QCT)呈显著负相关,通过mDixon-Quant技术定量测量腰椎FFmDixon值可以定量预测腰椎BMD。Objective To explore the correlation between the fat fraction(FF)by mDixon-Quant and the bone mineral density(BMD)by quantitative CT(QCT)and the feasibility of predicting the bone mineral density(BMD)of lumbar spine.Methods 153 patients who underwent routine MRI and mDixon-quant,QCT in the lumbar Spine were collected and measured the vlues of fat fraction(FFm_(Dixon))and bone mineral density(BMD_(QCT))of the lumbar vertebral 1-5(L1-5),Evaluate the correlation of FFmDixon and BMDQCT,The linear regression is established by regression analysis method to calculate the predicted value of BMDmDixon,The BMDmDixon and BMDQCT were analyzed by paired t test,The linear regression was calculated to evaluate the linear model.Results The average values of FFmDixon and BMDQCT of L1-5were(54.15±11.47)%and(135.43±36.33)mg/cm^(3),The values of FFmDixon are negatively correlated with the BMDQCT of L1-5(r=-0.803,P=0.000).Thelinear regression was Y(BMDmDixon)=-3.13×(FFmDixon)+305.28(R^(2)=0.645,P﹤0.001).There was no significant difference the predicted of BMDmDixon and BMDQCT.Conclusion The values of FFmDixon are negatively correlated with BMDQCT,The values of FFmDixon by mDixon-quant technique can be quantitatively predicted the BMD of lumbar spine.
