摘　　要：该文探讨了医疗联合体的护理工作现状和发展情况,简要阐述了某医院在医疗联合体中护理工作的开展情况以及存在的问题,并且提出今后医联体内同质化护理的发展策略,强调了护理工作在医疗联合体工作中的重要性。This paper discusses the current situation and development of nursing work in medical consortium,and briefly expounds the development and existing problems of nursing work in a medical consortium.Combined with the actual situation,this paper proposes the future development strategy of homogeneous nursing in the medical union,and emphasizes the importance of nursing work in the medical consortium work.
