参附注射液联合rhBNP对脓毒症心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨脓毒症心力衰竭(HF)患者给予参附注射液联合重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)治疗的疗效。方法:选取在医院治疗的60例脓毒症HF患者,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组患者使用rhBNP治疗,观察组患者使用参附注射液与rhBNP联合治疗,比较两组患者血清N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)、心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnI)水平、炎症因子水平及急性生理与慢性健康(APACHEⅡ)评分。结果:两组患者治疗后NT-proBNP、cTnI、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平及APACHEⅡ评分降低(P<0.05),观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:脓毒症HF患者给予参附注射液与rhBNP联合治疗,可有效调节NT-proBNP、cTnI水平,降低机体炎症反应,改善APACHEⅡ评分。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Shenfu injection combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rhBNP)in patients with septic heart failure(HF).Methods:A total of 60 patients with septic HF who were treated in hospital were selected,and divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with rhBNP,the observation group was treated with Shenfu injection combined with rhBNP.The serum N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),cardiac troponin T(cTnI)levels,inflammation Factor levels and acute physiology and chronic health(APACHEⅡ)score were compared of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of NT-proBNP,cTnI,C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and APACHEⅡscore in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of Shenfu injection and rhBNP in septic HF patients can effectively regulate the levels of NT-proBNP and cTnI,reduce the body's inflammatory response,and i mprove the APACHEⅡscore.
