腰硬联合罗哌卡因、舒芬太尼或芬太尼用于分娩镇痛的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨足月产妇在分娩潜伏期实施分娩镇痛,比较硬膜外罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼或芬太尼的疗效差异。方法:选择80例潜伏期初产妇随机分成舒芬太尼组40例、芬太尼组40例,镇痛方案:舒芬太尼组予0.085%2 mL罗哌卡因+0.5μg/mL舒芬太尼;芬太尼组予0.085%2 mL罗哌卡因+1.5μg/mL芬太尼。比较两组产妇镇痛效果、临床指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:舒芬太尼组产妇宫口开出5 cm、10 cm时刻的VAS评分均显著低于芬太尼组(P<0.05);两组产妇产后出血量与新生儿5 min Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),舒芬太尼组产妇满意度高于芬太尼组(P<0.05);两组产妇产后不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:产妇在潜伏期分娩镇痛,应用硬膜外罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼或芬太尼具有镇痛效果,不良反应发生率低,而联合舒芬太尼镇痛效果更满意,产妇满意度更高。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of the feet-per-month to carry out childbirth during childbirth period,compare the effect of epidural venoppivacaine due to compound Shufen Tidi or fentanyl.Method:Select 80 latency initiatives,randomly divided into 40 cases of Shufen,Fentanyl Group,40 cases of analgesic program:Shufen Tidini 0.085%2 mL Ropivacaine+0.5μg/mL Shufen Ni;Fentanyl group 0.085%2 mL Ropivacaine+1.5μg/mL fentanyl.Comparing the occurrence of two groups of maternal towards,clinical indicators and adverse reactions.Results:The VAS score in the Shufen Peni group was 5 cm and the VAS score of 10 cm is significantly lower than that of the Finnili group(P<0.05);the amount of bleeding in the two groups and newborns 5Min APGAR score no statistics Significance(P>0.05),Shufen Peni group maternal satisfaction is higher than that in the Finnicle group(P<0.05);there is no significant difference in adverse reactions after maternal delivery(P>0.05).Conclusion:Maternal in the latent childbirth is painful,using the epidural proximal ropopracha by combined with Shufen Tidi or fentanyl has an analgesic effect,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the combined Shufen Tremella is more satisfactory,mat ernity Satisfaction is higher.
