三七接骨胶囊在老年人股骨粗隆间骨折术后治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨三七接骨胶囊对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者PFNA髓内钉内固定术后患肢功能恢复的影响。方法:抽取医院收治的60例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例,对照组行PFNA髓内钉内固定术治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用三七接骨胶囊治疗,观察两组患者不同时段疼痛、肿胀程度、凝血功能、髋关节功能,并比较两组并发症发生情况及骨折愈合时间。结果:治疗组患者术后VAS评分、肿胀度、凝血功能指标水平、Harris评分较治疗前均有改善,且治疗组患者各指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者并发症总发生率、骨折愈合时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PFNA髓内钉内固定术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者后,予以患者三七接骨胶囊治疗,可有效改善患者术后疼痛、肿胀,促进凝血功能及关节功能恢复,且该方案安全性较高,可有效避免相关并发症出现,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of Sanqi Jiegu Capsule on the functional recovery of the affected limb in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture after PFNA intramedullary nailing.Methods:60 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture in hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each.Control group was treated with PFNA intramedullary nail,while treatment group was treated with PFNA intramedullary nail plus Sanqi Jiegu capsule.The pain,swelling degree,coagulation function and hip joint function of the two groups at different time periods were observed,and the complications and fracture healing time of the two groups were compared.Results:The VAS score,swelling degree,coagulation index level and Harris score of the treatment group after operation were all improved compared with those before treatment,and all indexes of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and fracture healing time in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After PFNA intramedullary nailing is used to treat the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur,the patients are treated with Sanqi Jiegu Capsule,which can effectively improve the postoperative pain and swelling of patients,promote the recovery of coagulation function and joint function,and the scheme is safe and can effectively avoid the related complications,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
