护理干预对糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗小儿鼻窦炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对糠酸莫米松鼻喷治疗小儿鼻窦炎治疗效果的影响。方法:选择在医院就诊的80例小儿鼻窦炎患者,随机分为两组,观察组患儿实施综合护理干预,对照组患儿实施常规护理,通过治疗有效率、不良反应发生率和患者满意度等指标对两组SD患者进行分析。结果:观察组患儿的治疗有效率高于对照组,观察组患儿不良反应发生率更低,患儿家属对护理工作的满意度提升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施综合护理干预可有效改善患儿配合度,对提升治疗效果有积极作用。Objective:This paper analyzed the effect of nursing intervention on mometasone furoate nasal spray in paeditaric rhinosinusitis(PDRS).Methods:80 children with paeditaric rhinosinusitis tretaed in the hospital were selected as the research objective and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The observation group implemented nursing interventions and the control group performed routine care.The two groups of SD patients were analyzed by indicators such as treatment response rate,incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction.Results:Compared with the conventional nursing control group,the response rate,the adverse effects rate and the patient satisfaction in the nursing intervention observation group showed obvious improvement and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the implementation of nursing intervention can effectively improve the cooperation of the children and have a positive effect on enhancing the therapeutic effect.
