妊娠期糖尿病患者血清胱抑素C水平与血脂指标相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者血清胱抑素C含量与低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A、载脂蛋白B、总胆固醇及甘油三酯等血脂指标是否存在相关性。方法:选取52例确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的患者,检测并分析患者血清胱抑素C与低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A、载脂蛋白B、总胆固醇及甘油三酯的相关性。结果:以低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B、总胆固醇及甘油三酯的参考区间的上限为界,分别有24例、2例、15例和48例患者升高;以高密度脂蛋白和载脂蛋白A以参考区间下限为界,均无患者下降。妊娠期糖尿病患者血清胱抑素C含量分别与低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B和总胆固醇呈正相关,而与高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A和甘油三酯无明显相关性。结论:妊娠期糖尿病患者血清血脂标志物含量出现明显改变,并且部分标志物的变化趋势与胱抑素C含量升高一致,提示肾脏滤过功能变化可能影响妊娠期糖尿病患者血脂代谢。Objective:To investigate whether there is any correlation between serum cystatin C levels and lipid indices such as LDL,HDL,Apo A,Apo B,total cholesterol and triglycerides in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods:Fifty-two patients diagnosed with gestational diabetes were selected,and the correlation between serum cystatin C and LDL,HDL,apolipoprotein A,apolipoprotein B,total cholesterol and triglycerides was measured and analyzed.Results:The upper limits of the reference intervals for LDL,apolipoprotein B,total cholesterol and triglycerides were used as the boundaries,and were elevated in 24,2,15 and 48 patients,respectively.Using HDL and ApoA as the boundary at the lower limit of the reference interval,no decrease in any patient.Serum cystatin C levels in gestational diabetes were positively correlated with LDL,Apo B and total cholesterol,respectively,but not with HDL,Apo A and triglycerides.Conclusion:Significant changes in serum lipid marker levels were observed in gestational diabetic patients,and the trends of some markers were consistent with elevated cystatin C levels,suggesting that changes in renal filtration function may affect lipid metabolism in gestational diabetic patients.
