摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下静脉留置针穿刺置管技术在ICU患者困难外周静脉置管的应用和效果。方法:选取某医院ICU病房收治的219例外周静脉置管困难的患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组(116例)和对照组(103例)。对照组患者采取常规中心静脉穿刺技术进行治疗,观察组患者采取在超声引导下行外周静脉穿刺进行治疗。统计两种方式穿刺所需操作时间、静脉留置时间、并发症、费用以及穿刺成功率。结果:观察组患者穿刺所需时间、费用及出现的并发症发生率均低于对照组,两组穿刺成功率无明显差异。结论:超声引导外周静脉留置针穿刺解决了ICU患者困难静脉置管的困扰,提高了临床上用药及抢救的效率,同时减轻了患者的痛苦,减少患者的住院费用。Objective:To explore the application and effect of ultrasound-guided intravenous indwelling needle puncture and catheterization technology in ICU patients with difficult peripheral venous catheterization.Methods:A total of 219 patients with weekly venous catheterization difficulties admitted to the ICU ward of a tertiary first-class hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(116 cases)and Control group(103 cases).The control group was treated with conventional central venipuncture technique,and the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided peripheral venipuncture.Statistics of the operation time,venous indwelling time,complications,cost and success rate of puncture in the two methods.Results:The time,cost,and complications of puncture in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.There was no significant difference in the success rate of puncture between the two groups.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided peripheral venous indwelling needle puncture solves the problem of difficult venous catheterization in ICU patients,improves the efficiency of clinical medication and rescue,and at the same time reduces the pain of patients and reduces the cost of hospitalization.
