医学专科生社会支持、心理弹性和主观幸福感的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解医学专科生的主观幸福感水平,并探讨其与社会支持和心理弹性的关系。方法:采用方便抽样法对某医学专科学校444名学生进行横断面问卷调查。结果:医学专科生生活满意度量表总分为(21.63±6.03)分,主观幸福感与社会支持和心理弹性呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:医学专科生主观幸福感处于中等水平,医学专科生获得的社会支持越多,心理弹性越强,主观幸福感就越高。教育工作者应加强对医学专科生心理状态的评估,引导医学专科生以积极应对方式解决问题,提高主观幸福感。Objective:To understand the subjective well-being level of medical college students,and explore its relationship with social support and psychological resilience.Method:A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted among 444 students in a medical college by convenient sampling method.Results:The total score of life satisfaction scale for medical college students was(21.63±6.03),Subjective well-being was positively correlated with social support and psychological resilience(P<0.01).Conclusion:The subjective well-being of medical college students is in the middle level.The more social support medical college students get,the stronger their psychological resilience,and the higher their subjective well-being.Educators should strengthen the evaluation of the psychological state of medical college students,guide medical college students to solve problems in a positive way and improve their subjective well-being.
