国产沙格列汀治疗初诊2型糖尿病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察国产沙格列汀(鲁可佐)治疗初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)的效果。方法:选取江苏大学附属武进医院2021年11月—2022年3月收治的120例初诊T2DM患者,采用随机数字表法分成试验组和对照组各60例。对照组脱落1例。试验组给予国产沙格列汀(鲁可佐)治疗,对照组给予二甲双胍(格华止)治疗。两组均治疗3个月。观察两组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、糖化达标率、体质量指数(BMI)、血脂、低血糖发生率、血压、血肌酐、不良反应发生率、依从性、降糖费用等指标情况。结果:治疗后两组FBG和HbA1c、糖化血红蛋白达标率、血脂、低血糖发生率、血压、肌酐、BMI、不良反应发生率等指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组2hPBG、依从性方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组降糖费用较对照组下降48.5%。结论:国产沙格列汀(鲁可佐)价格低廉、疗效确切、安全性好、依从性好,值得临床应用。Objective Lucozol which is a dipeptidyl peptidaseⅳinhibitor(DPP4i)of Saxagliptin,is a drug that is negotiated centrally by the state.This study evaluated for the effectiveness of Lucozol in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods The clinical of 120 patients with newly-diagnosed T2DM with glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)≤7.5%were analyzed retrospectively.They were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group received Lucozol and the control group received metformin.Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial plasma glucose(2 h PG),HbA1c,body mass index(BMI),lipid profile,systolic(SBP)and diastolic(DBP)blood pressure,rate of glycation attainment,hypoglycemia,serum creatinine,adverse reactions,compliance,and total cost were compared between two groups before and after the treatment(3 months).Results One case fell off in the control group.There were no significant differences in the levels of anthropometric and metabolic parameters between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,FPG,HbA1c,rate of glycation attainment,lipid profile,hypoglycemia,SBP,DBP,serum creatinine,and adverse reactions in both groups were no differences(P>0.05).2 h PG and compliance in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The cost of oral antidiabetic agent in experimental group was 48.5%lower than that in control group.Conclusions Lucozol which is worthy promotion and application,has the advantages of price,effectiveness,and safety.
