摘　　要：红色文旅融合是以文化人的一种重要方法,也是实现乡村共同富裕的一条实践路径。文章在梳理相关概念的基础上,提出并试图定义红色文旅融合这一实践命题;阐述红色文旅融合“以文塑旅,以旅彰文”的内在逻辑,指出存在同质化严重、融合度偏低、参与性欠缺等现实问题,提出应遵循消费性与培元性、体验性与教育性、本体性与创造性、具象性与整体性相结合的原则,应建立事企合作、红绿结合的运行机制,牵头管总、协调执行的管理体制和专兼互补、研宣融合的一线队伍。The integration of red culture and tourism is an important method for civilizing people with culture,and also a path to promote the common prosperity for rural areas.On the basis of sorting out related concepts,the article proposes and tries to define the practical proposition of the integration of red culture and tourism;elaborates the inner logic of the integration of red culture and tourism,that is,"shaping tourism with culture and highlighting culture with tourism",points out the existence of realistic problems such as serious homogenization,low integration,lack of participation,etc.It proposes that we should follow the principles of combining consumption and cultivation,experience and education,ontology and creativity,concreteness and wholeness,establish the operational mechanism of cooperation between ministry and enterprise,and combination of red culture and green environment,the management system of leading and coordinating implementation,and the front-line team that complements full-time and part-time work,and integrates research and advocacy.
