摘 要:通过研究不同蝇蛆粉替代基础日粮对宁乡猪生长性能、免疫指标、细胞因子、部分肉品质指标的影响,探讨蝇蛆粉在宁乡猪生产中的应用效果,为蝇蛆粉的应用提供参考依据。试验选择8月龄、体重相近且健康的宁乡猪48头,采用单因子试验,随机分为3组,每组2个重复,每个重复8只。试验采用基础饲粮,蝇蛆粉作为替代动物蛋白使用,3个处理组分别为:对照组、3%蝇蛆粉组、5%蝇蛆粉组,试验期为42d。结果表明:第42天,各组间生长性能指标和免疫指标差异不显著(P>0.05);对照组胰高血糖素样多肽(GLP-1)与3%蝇蛆粉组、5%蝇蛆粉组差异显著(P<0.05),其它测定结果均无显著性差异(P>0.05);45min pH和肉色a*值(红度)的对照组与3%蝇蛆粉组、5%蝇蛆粉组显著差异(P<0.05),3%蝇蛆粉组的背最长肌的肉色L*值(亮度)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果显示,基础饲粮添加蝇蛆粉能够在一定范围内增加宁乡猪机体免疫力,其中饲粮中蝇蛆添加量为3%可影响免疫功能,改善肉品质。To study the effects of different fly maggot meal instead of basal diet on growth performance,immune indexes,cytokines and some meat quality indexes of Ningxiang pigs,and to explore the application effect of fly maggot meal in Ningxiang pig production,so as to provide reference for the application of fly maggot meal.Forty-eight 8-month-old healthy Ningxiang pigs with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 2 replicates per group and 8 pigs per replicate by single factor experiment.A basal diet was used in the experiment,and maggot meal was used as a substitute for animal protein.The three treatment groups were control group,3%maggot meal group and 5%maggot meal group,respectively.The results showed as follows:on day 42,there were no significant differences in growth performance indexes and immune indexes among all groups(P>0.05).The glucagon-like polypeptide(GLP-1)in the control group was significantly different from that in the 3%myimaggot meal group and the 5%myimaggot meal group(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in other measurement results(P>0.05).At 45min,the pH and flesh color a*value(redness)of the control group were significantly different from those of the 3%and 5%fly meal groups(P<0.05),and the flesh color L*value(brightness)of longissimus dorsi muscle of the 3%fly meal group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the basal diet supplemented with maggot fly meal could improve the immunity of Ningxiang pigs in a certain range,and the diet supplemented with 3%maggot fly meal could relatively improve the immune function and meat quality.
