摘  要:几内亚铝土矿主要以三水铝石型为主,因铝土矿物相组成不同,矿溶出工艺条件与国内一水硬铝石的差异较大。本文通过试验及生产实践摸索,从原矿浆细度、溶出时间、溶出α_(k)控制、溶出工艺流程等条件分析,判断不同工艺条件对溶出率的影响,最终得出影响几内亚矿石溶出性能的各项工艺条件控制要求,最大限度提升几内亚矿的溶出率,降低氧化铝生产过程矿耗。Guinea bauxite is mainly of gibbsite type.Due to the different phase composition of bauxite,the bauxite digestion process conditions are quite different from those of domestic diaspore.Through experiments and production practice,based on the analysis of raw slurry fineness,digestion time,digestion α_(k) control,digestion process flow and other conditions,the impact of different process conditions on the digestion rate is identified,and the control requirements for various process conditions affecting the digestion performance of Guinea bauxite are finally obtained,so as to maximize the digestion rate of Guinean bauxite and reduce the bauxite consumption during the alumina production process.
