摘 要:为验证“电除尘+滤袋”除尘工艺用于焙烧炉烟气净化的可行性,搭建喷吹清灰平台,验证了仿真模型的准确度,利用ANSYS Fluent软件优化了金属滤袋的清灰工艺参数。仿真实验结果表明滤袋反吹压力为1900 Pa,反吹时间为80 ms较为适宜;烟气净化改造实践表明"电除尘+滤袋"复合除尘技术可实现焙烧炉烟气中颗粒物的近零排放,以某企业5台1350炉型为例,改造后耗电降低约50%,颗粒物减排394.2吨/年,年可为企业增加效益约335万元,是一种低能耗,环境友好的烟气除尘技术。In order to verify the feasibility of"ESP+filter bag"dust removal process for the flue gas purification of calciners,a blowing and jetting platform was built and the accuracy of the simulation model was verified.ANSYS Fluent software was used to optimize the ash cleaning process parameters of metal filter bags.The simulation results show that the back blowing pressure of the filter bag is 1900 Pa and the appropriate time for backing blowing is 80 ms.The modification practice for the flue gas purification shows that"ESP+filter bag"composite dust removal technology can achieve the near-zero emission of particulates in the flue gas of calciners.Taking the five 1350 type hydrate calciners of a company as an example,the power consumption after the modification was reduced by about 50%,the particulates emission was cut down by 394.2 t/a and the economic benefit was increased by 3.35 million RMB annually for the concerned company.The flue gas dust removal technology is thereby recognized as an environmental-friendly technology with lower energy consumption.
