基于“柔性界面”的城中村更新研究--以西安市为例

摘　　要：城中村改造是我国城市存量更新过程中的重要问题。为实现城中村与城市之间的融合,本文对城中村界面进行研究,引出“柔性界面”的更新方向,并利用空隙度、通透度、功能密度三个指标对城中村的“柔性界面”进行量化描述。通过分析各项指标与街区活力的关系,提出城中村界面的柔化策略,探讨“柔性界面”对城中村更新及其城市融合的意义。The revolution of urban villages is an important issue in the process of urban stock regeneration in China.In order to realize the integration between urban villages and cities,this paper analyzes the interface of urban villages to lead the update direction of"flexible interface",and quantitatively describes the flexible interface of urban villages by using three indicators of"porosity,permeability and functional density".By analyzing the relationship between various indicators and the vitality of the block,this paper puts forward the flexible strategy of the urban village and discusses the significance of the"flexible interface"to the renewal of the urban village and its integration with the city.
