摘  要:碳纳米管因其优越的性能受到广泛关注。通过对比电弧放电法、激光烧蚀法、化学气相沉积法等现有主流碳纳米管生产技术的优缺点,分析碳纳米管生长机理,对比反应器形式对反应条件的影响,提出了适用于规模化生产的工艺技术。着重梳理了碳纳米管作为吸附材料、橡胶改性材料、聚合物改性材料、沥青改性材料等规模化应用的进展,分析了限制碳纳米管大规模应用的主要原因,探讨碳纳米管在炼油及石油化工领域的应用前景,以期促进碳纳米管产业链以及炼油、化工产品的高端化发展。Carbon nanotubes have attracted extensive attention due to the superior properties.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of carbon nanotube fabrication technologies such as arc discharge method,laser ablation method and chemical vapor deposition method,analyzing the growth mechanism of carbon nanotubes,and comparing the influence of reactor form on reaction conditions,the more suitable technology for large-scale production is proposed.The application progress of carbon nanotubes as adsorption materials,rubber modified materials,polymer modified materials,asphalt modified materials and other large-scale applications is emphatically reviewed.The main reasons for restricting the large-scale application of carbon nanotubes are analyzed.And the application prospects of carbon nanotubes in the field of oil refining and petrochemical industry is discussed.So as to promote the development of carbon nanotube industry chain and high-end oil refining and chemical products.
