摘 要:通过冷模试验和数值模拟对比研究了将常规圆形旋风分离器的圆形升气管改为方形升气管的分离效率、压力降(压降)及流场。冷模试验对比结果表明:方形升气管的分离效率和压降都低于相同流通面积的圆形升气管,分离效率降低约1%,压降降低约30%;与圆形升气管相比,方形升气管的效率压降因子升高约36%,说明方形升气管具有明显的降阻效应。流场模拟结果表明:方形升气管分离器内切向速度低于圆形升气管,短路流量也大于对应的圆形升气管;两种升气管分离器内流场的差别主要发生在分离器顶部环形空间,而分离器底部差别较小;方形升气管外壁绕流流动可近似为以方管外接圆为等效圆的旋转流动。Through cold model test and numerical simulation,the separation efficiency,pressure drop and flow field of changing the circular vortex finder of a conventional circular cyclone separator into a square vortex finder were studied.The cold mode test results show that the separation efficiency and pressure drop of the square vortex finder are lower than those of the round vortex finder with the same circulation area,The separation efficiency is about 1% lower and the pressure drop is about 30%.However,the efficiency pressure drop factor of the square vortex finder are higher about 36% than the round vortex finder,which indicates that the square vortex finder has obvious resistance reduction effect.The flow field simulation results show that the tangential velocity in the separator with square vortex finder is lower than that with circular vortex finder,and the short-circuit flow rate is also larger than that of the corresponding circular vortex finder;The difference in the flow field between the two kinds of vortex finder separator mainly occurs in the annular space at the top of the separator,while the difference at the bottom of the separator is smaller;The flow around the outer wall of the square vortex finder can be approximated as the rotating flow with the circumscribed circle of the square vortex finder as the equivalent circle.
