摘　　要：介绍PC钢绞线新国标修订与PC钢绞线用钢丝表面处理与拉拔的绿色制造工艺,并对环保政策、能源法及节能节水设计规范进行研判,对表面处理工序能耗、成本进行分析,通过数据对比,建议使用机械剥壳和智能直驱拉丝机,满足国家双碳战略政策。To introduce revision of new national standard for PC steel strand and green manufacturing process of surface treatment and steel wire for PC steel strand drawing,studies and judges environmental protection policy,energy law and energy saving and water saving design specifications,and analyzes energy consumption and cost of surface treatment process.Through data comparison,it is recommended to use mechanical descaling and intelligent direct drive wire drawing machine to meet national dual carbon strategic policy.
