摘　　要：为了满足客户需求,实现对国外超高强度钢D6AC的国产化替代,组织了薄规格50CrNiMoV窄带钢的生产试制。通过制定合理的均热段温度1180~1240℃,终轧温度900~1000℃。成功开发出了符合客户要求的50CrNiMoV热轧钢带。To meet needs of customers and realize domestic substitution of foreign super high strength steel D6AC,the trial production of 50CrNiMoV narrow strip steel with thin specification was organized.The reasonable soaking zone temperature is 1180-1240℃,and final rolling temperature is 900〜1000℃.Successfully developed 50CrNiMoV hot rolled steel strip meeting customer requirements.
