摘 要:金属连接体的氧化抗力和电性能是决定固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFCs)寿命的重要指标。近年来,一般通过尖晶石涂层表面改性来解决连接体合金氧化抗力不足、高面比电阻以及Cr挥发等问题。从合金基体预处理、涂层制备方法、烧结和工作气氛,以及涂层原子比调控和元素掺杂等方面总结了国内外Mn-Co基尖晶石涂层材料在连接体合金表面改性领域的研究工作。最后,展望了SOFC连接体尖晶石涂层的未来发展趋势。The oxidation resistance and electrical conductivity of the metallic interconnect are crucial factors determining the life of stack solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC). In recent years, the surface modification of the metallic interconnects by using spinel coatings has drawn much attention, aiming to solve the issues of insufficient oxidation resistance, high area-specific resistance(ASR) and Cr volatilization of the Fe-Cr based alloys for the interconnects. The progress in the research on Mn-Co is reviewed, focusing on the use of spinel coating materials for the surface modification of metallic interconnects in terms of alloy substrate pretreatment, coating preparation methods, sintering and working atmosphere and Co/Mn ratio and element doping. Meanwhile, the future development and research for such coatings are proposed.
