摘 要:针对继电器在投切过程中存在长时间电弧易损坏触点等问题,提出了一种低成本的过零投切控制电路。根据交流电路的等效电路图,以及电弧产生时的电压、电流波形,分析了电弧能量的特点,采用缩短燃弧时间来减少电弧能量的方法,设计了一种过零切投的控制电路,跟踪电流波形,在电流过零点附近切断电路,燃弧时间最少。最后,设计并制作了继电器寿命测试平台来验证过零投切控制电路的效果,实验结果表明,采用过零切投的控制方法,继电器的使用寿命得到大幅度的提高,具有实际的应用价值。In order to solve the problems of long time arc and easy damage of relay during switching,a low cost zero switching control cir-cuit is proposed in the paper.According to the equivalent circuit diagram of AC circuit and the waveform of voltage and current when the arc is generated,the characteristics of arc energy is analyzed,and the method of reducing arc energy by shortening the arc burning time is adopted.In order to achieve the minimum arcing time,a zero crossing switching control circuit is designed by tracking the current waveform and cutting off the circuit at the zero crossing point.Finally,a relay life test platform is designed and manufactured to verify the effect of zero switching control circuit.The experimental results show that the practical life of the relay is greatly improved by using the zero switching control method,which has practical application value.
