摘　　要：本文提出一种基于Siemens S7-400H系列PLC和INTOUCH组态软件的空气分离装置储存部分自动控制系统。结合空分储存部分的工艺流程特点,论文详细描述了控制系统的软硬件内容。该自动控制系统已成功投入运行,应用于北京燕山石化公司某空气分离装置储存部分项目中。现场运行结果表明,该系统稳定可靠,经济效益明显,具有较高的推广应用价值。This paper introduces an automatic control system for storage part of air separation unit based on Siemens S7-400H series PLC and industrial control configuration software INTOUCH.Combined with the characteristics of storage part process,the paper de-scribes the software and hardware design of the automatic control system in detail.The automatic control system has successfully applied to the project of Sinopec Yanshan Petrochemical Company.The result from on-site applications are proved its good stabil-ity,economic benefit and higher application value.
