摘　　要：为了解决现有工程造价信息管理系统平均事务响应时间长、资源利用率低和信息质量差等问题,本文提出基于BIM技术的工程造价信息管理系统。通过用户管理模块、项目管理模块、进价费用管理模块、模板管理模块和设备造价管理模块,构建系统整体架构,并应用BIM技术,提高工程量计算效率,实现数据集成化管理、工程造价信息的共享以及互用。实验结果表明平均事务响应时间短、资源利用率高、信息质量高。In order to solve the problems of long average transaction response time,low resource utilization rate and poor information quali-ty in the existing project cost information management system,this paper proposes a project cost information management system based on BIM Technology.Through the user management module,project management module,purchase cost management mod-ule,template management module and equipment cost management module,the overall architecture is constructed,and BIM Technology is applied to improve the calculation efficiency of engineering quantity,realize the data integration management,the sharing and mutual use of project cost information.The experimental results show that the average transaction response time is short,the resource utilization is high,and the information quality is high.
