摘 要:人工电源网络是EMC测试用关键设备,端口阻抗、隔离度等参数需满足一定的要求方可用于测试,否则会对测试结果的准确性和重复性产生影响。基于EMC用50Ω/50μH+5ΩV型人工电源网络的适用电路,建立了端口阻抗的理论模型,深入地分析了人工电源网络被测设备端口使用的电源附件的分布参数对其阻抗参数的影响,并通过实际校准和试验验证,证明了理论分析结果的合理性。依据分析结论,对人工电源网络校准配置的选择提出了合理的建议,以指导实际工作。Artificial mains network is a key equipment for EMC testing.Port impedance,isolation degree and other parameters must meet certain requirements before being used for testing.Otherwise,the accuracy and repeatability of test results will be affected.Based on the applicable circuit of 50Ω/50μH+5Ωartificial power V-network used in EMC,a theory model of the port impedance is established,the influence of the distribution parameters of the power accessories used in EUT port of the artificial power network on the impedance parameters is deeply analyzed,and the rationality of theoretical analysis results is proved by practical calibration and experimental verification.And according to the analysis conclusions,reasonable suggestions are put forward for the selection of calibration configuration of artificial mains network to guide practical work.
