摘 要:总结热防护服阻燃整理技术的研究进展。从阻燃层材料、阻燃性能、阻燃机理及方法等方面对热防护服的阻燃技术进行了概述。重点总结了纤维阻燃改性、织物阻燃整理、阻燃整理剂3个方面的最新研究成果以及最新阻燃整理技术。对比分析了国内外热防护服阻燃标准及阻燃性能测试方法,并展望了热防护服阻燃整理技术的发展趋势。认为:发展复配协效阻燃技术和绿色阻燃技术已成为热防护服阻燃整理技术的发展趋势。Research progress of flame retardant finishing technology for thermal protective clothing was summarized.Flame retardant technology of thermal protective clothing was summarized from the aspects of flame retardant layer material,flame retardant property,flame retardant mechanism and method.The latest research results and flame retardant finishing technology were summarized emphatically from fiber flame retardant modification,fabric flame retardant finishing and flame retardant finishing agent.The flame retardant standards and flame retardant property test methods of thermal protective clothing at home and abroad were compared and analyzed,and the development trend of thermal protective clothing flame retardant finishing technology was forecasted.It is considered that the development of combination cooperative flame retardant technology and green flame retardant technology has become the development trend of flame retardant finishing technology for thermal protective clothing.
