摘  要:探讨一款消防服阻燃抗菌舒适层织物的开发技术。采用艾草改性粘胶纤维与腈氯纶、芳纶1414,测试了不同混纺比混和纤维样的极限氧指数和抗菌性能,确定了最佳混纺比。根据织物性能要求设计了织物规格,并测试了织物的性能。结果表明:腈氯纶/艾草改性粘胶纤维/芳纶1414混纺比为70/20/10时,混和纤维样的极限氧指数达到28.2%,抑菌率大于90%。开发的织物燃烧测试时无续燃,无熔融滴落,经向和纬向损毁长度分别为80 mm、85 mm,经向和纬向(180℃)热收缩率均在4.2%以内;织物对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率均达到89%以上;织物透气率1450 mm/s,芯吸高度140 mm。认为:开发的消防服舒适层织物具有较好的阻燃性能和抗菌性能,且吸湿透气,具有良好的服用舒适性。Development technology of flame retardant and antibacterial comfort layer fabric for fire suit were discussed.Artemisia argyi modified viscose fiber,modacrylic and aramid 1414 were used.Limit oxygen index and antibacterial property of blended fiber samples with different blending ratios were tested,the optimum blending ratio was determined.Fabric specification were designed according to fabric property requirements,and the fabric property were tested.The results showed that the limit oxygen index was reached 28.2%and antibacterial rate was reached above 90%when the ratio of modacrylic/artemisia argyi modified viscose fiber/aramid 1414 was 70/20/10.There was no continuous burning and no melting dripping in combustion test of developed fabric.The length of warp and weft damage was reached 80 mm and 85 mm respectively,and thermal shrinkage of warp and weft(180℃)were reached less than 4.2%.The antibacterial rates of fabric against staphylococcus aureus,candida albicans and escherichia coli were reached above 89%.Fabric permeability was reached 1450 mm/s and wicking height was reached 140 mm.It is considered that the developed comfort layer fabric has better flame retardant and antibacterial property,and better moisture absorption and wearing comfort.
