摘  要:研究改性胶黏剂对铝箔玻璃纤维复合材料性能的影响。以纳米二氧化硅改性有机硅树脂为胶黏剂,纳米二氧化硅质量分数分别为2%、4%、6%,测试制备的铝箔玻璃纤维织物复合材料的剥离性能、热防护性能、热稳定性能等。结果表明:有机硅树脂的黏度随着纳米二氧化硅质量分数的增大而增大;当纳米二氧化硅质量分数为2%时,铝箔玻璃纤维织物复合材料剥离性能最好;当纳米二氧化硅质量分数为6%时,复合材料热防护性能最优。认为:综合考虑热防护性能、高温处理前后剥离强度,最优化的二氧化硅质量分数为2%。Effect of modified adhesive on the property of aluminum foil glass fiber composite material was studied.Nano SiO_(2) modified silicone resin was used as adhesive,mass fraction of nano SiO_(2) was 2%,4%and 6%respectively.The peeling property,thermal protection property and thermal stability of aluminum foil glass fiber fabric composite materials were tested.The results showed the viscosity of silicone resin was increased with increase of nano SiO_(2) mass fraction.The peeling property of aluminum foil glass fiber fabric composite material was the best when mass fraction of nano SiO_(2) was 2%.Thermal protection property of the composite material was the best when mass fraction of nano SiO_(2) was 6%.It is considered that considering comprehensively the thermal protection property and the peeling strength before and after high temperature treatment,the optimal mass fraction of nano SiO_(2) is 2%.
