摘 要:探讨智能纤维材料及智能纺织品的研究进展。详细介绍了4种柔性智能纤维材料的最新研究及应用,包括能量收集型智能纤维材料、能量收集/存储型纤维材料、智能发光纤维材料和纤维型智能传感器。结合当前各类柔性智能纤维材料的特性,探讨了其在智能纱线和可穿戴智能纺织品中的应用。分析了目前在产业化和市场化中智能纺织品遇到的技术瓶颈。认为:近年来智能纤维材料及智能纺织品得到了快速发展;通过综合柔性舒适纺织品的结构特性,有望大规模生产柔软、舒适的自供电人体生命体征监测的智能纺织品系统和智能可穿戴纺织品。Research progress of smart fiber material and smart textiles were discussed.The latest researches and applications of four flexible smart fiber materials were introduced in detail,including energy harvesting smart fiber material,energy harvesting storage fiber material,smart light-emitting fiber materials and fiber-based smart sensor.Combined with properties of various current flexible smart fiber material,their applications in smart yarns and wearable intelligent textiles were discussed.Technology bottlenecks encountered by smart textiles in industrialization and marketization were analyzed.It is considered that smart fiber material and smart textiles have developed rapidly in recent years.By integrating the structural characteristics of flexible and comfortable textiles,it is expected to produce soft and comfortable self-powered smart textiles system for monitoring human vital signs and soft&comfortable smart wearable textiles in a large scale.
