摘　　要：介绍了WNS冷凝式锅炉管板支撑原理及管板强度计算公式。以WNS冷凝式锅炉为研究对象,在拉撑管作为该型锅炉支撑结构的基础上,提出了一种新的支撑结构,将在前、后管板两端边缘区域布置的拉撑管改为斜拉杆,斜拉杆连接前后管板与锅壳筒体,起到锅炉支撑的作用。斜拉杆结构的设计、制造满足相关标准对锅炉安全与节能的各项规定,可大幅降低材料成本和制造难度,减少安全隐患。The tube sheet support principle and the tube sheet strength calculation formulas of WNS condensing boiler were introduced.Taking WNS condensing boiler as the research object,a new support structure was proposed based on the bracing tube as the support structure of this type of boiler.The bracing tube arranged at the edge areas of both ends of the front and rear tube plates was changed into an inclined pull rod,which connects the front and rear tube plates with the boiler shell and plays the role of boiler support.The design and manufacture of diagonal tie rod structure meet the requirements of relevant standards for boiler safety and energy saving,which can greatly reduce the material cost and manufacturing difficulty and reduce potential safety hazards.
