摘  要:对过滤分离器管板,参照常规设计规范计算得到的结构尺寸较为保守,存在材料浪费、焊接工作量大及薄筒体局部应力过大等问题。而依据工程经验进行优化减薄,又缺少必要的分析过程,结构存在安全隐患。以某工程用DN1300 mm过滤分离器管板为例,采用常规理论计算与有限元数值模拟分析相结合的方法进行设计计算。分析结果表明,在管板中心区域过渡管与管板焊缝处应力最大,其余部位应力较小,强度与变形满足要求,结构设计合理。为过滤分离器管板设计计算提供了一种经济合理的方法。For the filter separator tube sheet,the structural size calculated according to the conventional design specification is relatively conservative,and there are problems such as material waste,large welding workload,and excessive local stress of the thin cylinder.However,the optimization and thinning based on engineering experience lack the necessary analysis process,and the structure has potential safety hazards.Taking DN1300 mm filter separator tube sheet as an example,the design calculation was carried out by combining conventional theoretical calculation with finite element numerical simulation analysis.The results show that the stress intensity is the largest in the center of the tube sheet,the stress intensity of the rest parts is small,the strength and deformation meet the requirements,and the structure design is reasonable.It provides an economical and reasonable design method for the design and calculation of the tube sheet of the filter separator.
