摘  要:车载高压储氢气瓶产业的大规模发展需要建立有效的产业标准。国内车载高压储氢气瓶的行业标准化能力和生产制造能力均落后于国际前沿水平。对ISO 19881:2018“Gaseous Hydrogen-Land Vehicle Fuel Containers”、GTR 13:2013“Global Technical Regulation on Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Vehicles”、ECE R 134:2015“Uniform Provisions Concerning the Approval of Motor Vehicles and Their Components with Regard to the Safety-related Performance of Hydrogen-fuelled Vehicles(HFCV)”、EU 406:2010“Commission Regulation(EU)No.406/2010 of 26 April 2010 Implementing Regulation(EC)No.79/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on Type-approval of Hydrogen-powered Motor Vehicles”、SAE J2579:2013“Standard for Fuel Systems in Fuel Cell and Other Hydrogen Vehicle”及GB/T 35544—2017《车用压缩氢气铝内胆碳纤维全缠绕气瓶》等标准进行了简单介绍,对其从适用范围、型式试验项目、出厂检验项目等方面进行了比较分析,可为国家标准的完善提供参考。The large-scale development of the vehicle-mounted high-pressure hydrogen storage container industry needs to establish effective industrial standards.At present the industry standardization capacity and manufacturing capacity of vehicle-mounted high-pressure hydrogen storage containers in China lag behind the international frontier level.The scope of application,type test items and factory inspection items for ISO 19881:2018“Gaseous Hydrogen-Land Vehicle Fuel Containers”,GTR 13:2013“Global Technical Regulation on Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Vehicles”,ECE R 134:2015“Uniform Provisions Concerning the Approval of Motor Vehicles and Their Components with Regard to the Safety-related Performance of Hydrogen-fuelled Vehicles(HFCV)”,EU 406:2010“Commission Regulation(EU)No.406/2010 of 26 April 2010 Implementing Regulation(EC)No.79/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on Type-approval of Hydrogen-powered Motor Vehicles”,SAE J2579:2013“Standard for Fuel Systems in Fuel Cell and Other Hydrogen Vehicle”and GB/T 35544-2017“Fully-wrapped Carbon Fiber Reinforced Cylinders with an Aluminum Liner for the On-board Storage of Compressed Hydrogen as a Fuel for Land Vehicle”,were compared and analyzed.The reference suggestions for the improvement of Chinese national standards were provided.
