摘  要:天然气应急储备系统是城市天然气能源供应保障多样化的重要设施,大型液化天然气(LNG)双金属全容罐在中小型LNG调峰站中应用越来越多。9Ni钢制大型LNG双金属全容罐的建造关键为9Ni钢板的焊接。介绍了9Ni钢板特点,对比分析了目前常用的9Ni钢焊接工艺的重点、难点及焊接材料应用特点。针对9Ni钢焊接质量的无损检测,着重介绍了目前国内工程中常用的射线检测技术及双胶片曝光技术。通过某调峰站项目中2台50000 m3 LNG双金属全容罐的焊接及质量检验实践,提出了一种通过胶片、增感屏、曝光量和焊缝余高打磨控制相配合确保无损检测质量并提升建造速度的方法。Liquefied natural gas(LNG)emergency peak shaving storage terminal is one of the key sources of urban natural gas supply.Bimetallic full containment LNG tanks are widely adopted in these peak shaving terminals.The welding is the most important construction phase for the bimetallic full containment tanks.Material properties,and the welding processes and welding material of 9Ni steel were introduced and analyzed.Regarding the radiographic testing of welding for 9Ni steel,dual film exposure technology for testing was interpreted and highlighted for the 9Ni steel welding test.According to construction experience in a typical50000 m3 LNG bimetallic full containment tanks,a working process for 9Ni welding test with integrated film,sensor-enhancing screen scheme,exposure and welding residual control was proposed,which can be referred to in future projects.
