摘　　要：在废纸的回收利用过程中,胶黏物障碍问题是制约产品质量及制浆、造纸设备运行效率的一大关键因素。本文通过研究胶黏物控制酶在造纸生产过程中的应用,探究胶黏物控制酶添加前后对浆料质量、胶黏物形态、刮刀胶黏物重量、成纸外观、纸机车速及断纸情况的影响。结果表明:胶黏物控制酶能减少浆料中胶黏物含量,改善纸机运行效率,提升车速,改善产品质量。The recycling of waste paper has become an industry trend.In the process of recycling waste paper,stickies is a key factor restricting the quality of products and the operating efficiency of pulp and paper equipment.In this paper,the application of stickies controlling enzymes in the papermaking process was studied,and the effects of enzyme addition on pulp quality,stickies morphology,blade stickies weight,paper appearance,paper machine speed and paper breakage were investigated.The results show that the stickies control enzyme can reduce the content of stickies in the pulp,improve the operating efficiency of the paper machine,increase the speed of the machine,and improve the product quality.
