摘  要:为了解决工业照明用发光二极管(LED)灯在高环境温度下运行时的散热瓶颈问题,本文针对额定功率为200 W的工业LED灯进行了散热结构分析与优化,搭建了LED灯热分析仿真模型,通过热阻分析与测试验证,灯珠最高结温仿真预测精度达98.8%;基于烟囱效应强化换热机理,提出了镂空分型结构的散热器。结果表明,45℃环境温度下灯珠最高结温由102.35℃降至94.49℃,满足了结温95℃的限温要求,同时使散热器重量由1.99 kg降低至1.56 kg,减重21.6%,保证了LED灯的长期稳定运行,实现了整灯的轻量化。In order to solve the problem of heat dissipation bottlenecks when operating at high environmental temperature for industrial light emitting diode(LED) lighting. The heat dissipation structure of the industrial LED light with a rated power of 200 W is analyzed and optimized, and the LED light thermal analysis simulation models is built. Through thermal resistance analysis and test verification, the simulation prediction accuracy of the maximum junction temperature is reached 98.8%. Proposed the hollow-based heat dissipation structure to take advantage of the chimney effect, which makes the maximum temperature of LED junction reduced from 102.35 ℃ to 94.49 ℃ at the ambient temperature of 45 ℃ and meets the temperature limit requirements of 95 ℃.What’s more, the weight of heat sink is reduced from 1.99 kg to 1.56 kg, which means 21.6% discount. The new heat dissipation structure guarantees the long-term stable operation and achieve lightweight of the industrial LED.
