导叶长度对管道车运移时环状缝隙流场的影响

摘  要:为探究不同导叶长度对管道车动边界环状缝隙流场和管道车运移速度的影响,通过模型试验对导叶长度为0,35 mm,75 mm,112.5 mm和150 mm的管道车运移时环状缝隙流场和管道车运移速度进行了研究。试验结果表明,添加导叶使得管道车的运移速度和环状缝隙流流速均发生改变,随着导叶长度的增加管道车运移速度逐渐增大,而环状缝隙流速则随着导叶长度的增大而减小,当导叶长度为150 mm时管道车速达到最大。不同导叶长度下,环状缝隙内轴向、径向分布趋势大致相同,即沿管道车壁面向管壁面呈先增大后减小的二次抛物线形式分布,只是轴向、径向速度的最大值出现位置不同;而环状缝隙内周向流速沿管道车壁面向管壁面呈逐渐减小的变化趋势。该研究进一步丰富了缝隙流理论,为管道车导叶选取和结构优化设计提供了理论基础。In order to explore the effect of different guide strip lengths on the annular gap flow field and transport speed of pipe vehicle,the transport speed and annular gap flow field of pipe vehicle with guide strip lengths of 0,35,75,112.5,and 150 mm were studied through model tests.The results show that the movement speed of pipe vehicle and the annular gap flow velocity are changed by adding guide strip,and the two have a negative correlation.With the increase of the length of guide strip,the speed of pipe vehicle increases gradually,while the flow velocity of annular gap decreases.When the length of guide strip is 150 mm,the speed of pipe vehicle reaches the maximum.The distribution trends of axial and radial flow velocity in annular gap are approximately the same under different guide strip lengths,that is,the direction along the pipe vehicle wall to the pipe wall shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,but the positions of the maximum values of axial and radial velocity are different.The circumferential flow velocity in annular gap gradually decreases along the pipe vehicle wall to the pipe wall.The research further enriches the gap flow theory and provides a certain theoretical basis for the selection of guide strip and the optimization design of pipe vehicle.
