摘 要:为校验所设计风电主轴轴承试验机的机械结构能否满足强度、刚度要求,以及作为支承的四列圆柱滚子轴承能否保证试验机的支承刚度,以某型4.5 MW风电机组主轴轴承试验机轴系为研究对象,利用有限元方法对不同主轴刚度下支承轴承的载荷特征进行分析计算,结果表明:主轴的刚度和强度满足设计要求;四列圆柱滚子轴承的刚度和最大接触应力也能满足要求;主轴刚度不仅影响四列圆柱滚子轴承各列滚子的最大载荷,同时影响承载滚子的数量。To determine whether the mechanical structure of designed wind turbine main shaft bearing tester can meet the strength and stiffness requirements,and whether the four row cylindrical roller bearing as a support can ensure the supporting stiffness of tester,taking the shafting of 4.5 MW wind turbine main shaft bearing tester as a research object,the load characteristics of supporting bearing under different stiffnesses of main shaft are analyzed and calculated by using finite element method.The results show that:the stiffness and strength of main shaft meet the design requirements;the stiffness and maximum contact stress of four row cylindrical roller bearing can also meet the requirements;the stiffness of main shaft affects not only the maximum load of each row of rollers in a four row cylindrical roller bearing,but also the number of loaded rollers.
