摘 要:以球笼式等速万向节的设计和工作原理为基础,建立了不同沟形七沟道球笼式等速万向节钢球周向力和法向接触力理论计算和仿真分析模型,通过万向节等速性验证了仿真模型的正确性。并分析了输入轴扭矩分别为100,200 N·m时不同轴间夹角下钢球周向力和法向接触力的变化规律,结果表明:钢球周向力和法向接触力理论分析和仿真值相差不大;圆弧形沟道钢球周向力和法向接触力明显小于椭圆形、双心弧形沟道;随轴间夹角和输入轴扭矩增大,钢球周向力和法向接触力增大。Based on design and working principle of rzeppa constant velocity universal joint,the theoretical calculation and simulation analysis model of circumferential force and normal contact force of steel ball of rzeppa constant velocity universal joint with seven raceways in different shapes is established,and the correctness of simulation model is verified by isokineticity of universal joint.The variation laws of circumferential force and normal contact force of steel ball under different included angles are analyzed when the torque of input shaft are 100 and 200 N·m respectively.The results show that:the theoretical analysis and simulation values of circumferential force and normal contact force of steel ball are not much different;the circumferential force and normal contact force of steel ball of circular arc raceways are obviously smaller than those of ellipse and bicentric arc raceways;with the increase of included angle and torque of input shaft,the circumferential force and normal contact force of steel ball increase.
